What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, uplifting approach that combines positive talking therapy with the relaxing benefits of hypnosis.
Rather than digging into past problems, we focus on the present and the future, helping you notice your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns and take small, practical steps towards the life you want.
The talking part of the session gives you tools and strategies that help you to make sense of how your mind works, while the hypnosis part guides you into a calm, deeply relaxed state (a little like daydreaming). In this state, your brain can let go of stress and become more open to positive change.
